Welcome to Chocolate Hacienda San José – a premium Ecuadorian chocolate crafted from bean to bar, right from our family-owned cacao plantations to your table.

We are proud third-generation cacao farmers from Ecuador, growing some of the world’s finest Arriba Nacional cacao in fertile volcanic soil. Every bar we produce is a tribute to our heritage, ethical values, and love for chocolate.

Unlike industrial chocolate, our process is fully traceable, ethically sourced, and completely single origin. We harvest, ferment, and dry the beans in Ecuador, and carefully roast and conch them in small batches to preserve their full flavor profile.
